- We are the only third party management group -that I know of- that returns 100% of the Tenant Insurance Income to our ownership partners. This is the most key differential between us and other 3PM groups. This additional income can significantly offset the management fee for at the point of stabilization. Basically, our ownership partners see $10.40/occupied unit of additional income.
- Our management fee is competitive with the rest of the market. Typically, we are at 6% or 3,000/month, but this is a case-by-case scenario.
- Our services are comprehensive. This allows our ownership partners to sit back and trust their facility is running as efficiently as possible as we implement our 26 years of experience to work.
- The approach we take to management is highly customizable. We are not a giant corporation, so we are able to make quick changes to follow market trends or take the goals of ownership into account rather than relying on an algorithm.
